One of the places we stayed at was called El Jardin de Celeste in Ataco. It’s about 20 minutes away from the Chorros de la Calera. My parents were already in El Salvador and I decided to tag along while I was in Miami. Everytime I get to travel with my parents I get spoiled by staying in nice places lol but I need to say this place was very affordable. These villas started from $50-$100 a night, and we happened to stay in the family villa which included three beds, kitchen, and living room. It was very spacious and so cozy. These rooms are cabin type, your up in the mountains surrounded by nature. I’ve been coming here for years and one of my my favorite things about these villas is the FOOD! They have a restaurant connected and it is amazing!!!!! You can eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner here.

El Jardin means garden in Spanish, and this place is filled with beautiful flowers and plants. All of their flowers on their tables are freshly picked every morning. You can walk around their gardens and find treasures in every corner. Growing up I would run to this huge trampoline that they have hidden in their garden.

I highly recommend staying here, so peaceful and serene and one of the hidden gems of El Salvador.
