I feel like style is sometimes hereditary. My mom was so stylish back in the day. When i look through old photos of her and my dad, they were killing it! My mom was popular back in the 70s, and I’m so bummed she didn’t save all of her clothes for me. She used to and still does love to shop! My dad and her used to live in San Francisco, New York, and used to take road trips all the time so her closet was full of treasures.
She still continues to buy me clothes, and some how I still wear all of it, like this poncho. When she first got it for me, I was like what’s this! But once she told me how to wear it, I was like “MOM, how’d you come up with this!”
The most important part of an outfit is how you style it with accessories. I believe my outfits come to life when I accessorize. I always add layers whether it’s a belt or hat or necklace or rings. Make sure to ALWAYS accessorize if you want to stand out then the rest.
